Afghaanse collega presenteert op Water Governance Congres

Mr. Jalal Naser Faqiryar, a colleague from Afghanistan came to the Hague to present at a very successful Hydro-Hegemony conference.

Over 125 people from more than 30 countries took part in the conference. Jalal presented a case study on conflict management in the Helmand province in Western Afghanistan, bordering Iran
