Welcome
CPC supports collaboration in tackling complex social issues.
Societal challenges are becoming increasingly complex. We increasingly realize that issues such as poverty reduction, natural resource management and inclusive youth employment require a concerted effort. Joint efforts of public and private partners. Partners with very different interests and often with different perspectives and habits. The unknown makes unloved, goes the saying. That also makes public-private partnerships to tackle complex problems a challenge.
Collaboration between partner organizations is like teamwork on a larger scale. It takes effort to make it work, but it adds value to each partner, creating a synergy that exceeds the sum of individual benefits. The old African proverb also applies here: “If you want to go fast, go alone… If you want to go far, go together”.
CPC supports in developing such partnerships and making them effective, at all stages of their development. This can range from poverty alleviation in agrarian societies in Africa and Asia to social enterprise development programmes in the Netherlands. CPC's expertise, process facilitation and specialist tools provide valuable support to make partnerships successful and productive at every stage of the process.
